PlyoPilates™ is an innovative workout series created by Maria Sollon Scally MS, CSCS.  Maria was inspired by different methods of movement that she has practised for years!  She began learnings the art of movement at a young age through ballet.  Her movement skills then developed through many years of practising martial arts, which eventually she earned a black belt!  Yoga has always been and continues to be ongoing practise for her and Pilates has now become an essential part of her everyday life.

Maria has been in the fitness industry inspiring and motivating all walks of life for over 20 years.  Her creative movements and innovative workout programs demonstrate her love and passion for what she does best - inspire people to move their bodies, maximize their physical and mental strength, and increase their performance level within each angle of movement!  Movement is a gift and it must be challenged in all modalities to prevent injury and to sustain a healthy life!
