Reach your fitness goals from your location anywhere in the world! Skype training sessions can be made available to accommodate your lifestyle. Choose from a variety of training styles I can offer based on your goals and the type of workout you prefer including: Circuit Training, Interval training, Tabata, Bootcamps, Pilates and Yoga.
Equipment: no fitness equipment is required for training. However, if you have equipment, we can utilize it in your sessions. Examples include: stability ball, medicine ball, kettlebell, Bands, Body Bars, Pilates ring, etc.
Sessions can be arrange as follows:
-30min = $30
-60min = $60
* Please note that all cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to the session start time. Otherwise the full session rate will be charged. Also note, that the full session charge will be made regardless of attendee numbers.
